Welcome to ECO+BATTERIES. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of batteries, accessories, and related services (delivery and mobile installation) from ECO+BATTERIES, serving the Phoenix Valley, Arizona. By browsing our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products & availability

We sell reconditioned and factory-second automotive and powersport batteries. All products are tested and graded for condition. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products. Prices and availability may change without notice.

2. Pricing & payment

All prices are in US dollars. Arizona state and local sales tax is calculated at checkout where required. We accept major credit and debit cards processed securely through our payment provider. Payment is required before an order is confirmed.

3. Orders

When you place an order, we confirm receipt and process it during business hours. We may decline or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, an error in pricing, or an issue with product availability. If we cancel, any charge will be refunded.

4. Delivery & mobile installation

We offer local delivery and mobile installation within our Phoenix Valley service area. Delivery times are estimates and may vary with traffic, weather, and demand. Installation is performed at your location; you must provide safe, accessible parking and a vehicle that is safe to service. We are not liable for pre-existing vehicle conditions.

5. Warranties

Each battery includes a warranty — 12 months for reconditioned batteries and 18 months for factory-second batteries — beginning on the purchase date. Coverage is limited to manufacturing defects under normal use and excludes damage from misuse, improper installation, accident, or neglect. Claims must be submitted through our claims process with proof of purchase.

6. Returns

Due to the nature of batteries, returns are limited. If a product arrives defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days to arrange a replacement or refund. Core charges and installation fees are non-refundable.

7. Core credit

You may receive a core credit for returning your old battery to us for recycling. Core credit value depends on battery type and condition and is applied at our discretion.

8. Limitation of liability

ECO+BATTERIES is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question.

9. Intellectual property

All site content, branding, and materials are property of ECO+BATTERIES and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
