Please contact us for a Return Authorization number before returning an item for service. When we know what’s coming back and what’s wrong, we can process your return more efficiently. If an item proves to be unsatisfactory within 30 days of receipt, you may return it to us for a full refund (minus shipping) or credit toward other products. Please contact us for a Return Authorization number before returning an item. Returned products, original cartons and manuals must be in "as new" condition for a full refund. A reasonable deduction will be made for any damaged or missing items. Sorry, no refunds on custom cable and fittings. Be sure to insure and pack your return carefully.
